      <title>Diachronie courte et pluridisciplinarité. Observer l’émergence d’une nouvelle discipline : l’exobiologie</title>
      <link>https://www.peren-revues.fr/lexique/1809</link>
This article aims to contribute to the reflection on the dynamics of linguistic phenomena at work in short diachrony, within a multidisciplinary context. Through the example of exobiology, an emerging discipline involving the intersection of chemistry, biology, astronomy, and geology, this work aims to identify the nature of the evolutions at play among three textbooks published between 2001 and 2009, in French. From the perspective of textual terminology, three diachronic sub-corpora are compared using specialized tools, in close collaboration with domain experts. The very short diachrony chosen is particularly relevant in this context: on the one hand, exobiology is a discipline that evolves very rapidly; on the other hand, there is a strong awareness among researchers involved in exobiology of the need to quickly accompany interdisciplinary reflections. This paper thus highlights the identifiable evolutions and processes in corpora over such a short period, the relevance of short diachrony for the study of specialized languages, as well as the involvement of experts in this type of scientific context. </description>
