      <link>https://www.peren-revues.fr/mosaique/2910</link>
This article aims to demonstrate that emotion should no longer be excluded from the scientific sphere. On the contrary, it can serve as a heuristic driver for renewing critical analysis, particularly when it comes to rethinking a work that has been studied many times before. By linking the history of cinema and the history of forms in the field of contemporary knowledge production and restitution, this article seeks to theorize the practice of the lecture-performance, understood as an embodied research modality that reconciles subjectivity and academic rigor. This reflection is based on ongoing research into the archives of Jean Vigo, preserved by the Cinémathèque française. </description>
