Un échantillonneur à faible débit dʼair a été utilisé pour la collecte des échantillons au niveau du quartier de Bab El Oued caractérisé par la présence dʼun hôpital et dʼun incinérateur de déchets médicaux ainsi que par la forte densité de la circulation automobile. Les aérosols ont été prélevés à 3 m du sol en mode matière particulaire en suspension (TSP). Les échantillons sont dosés par la méthode dʼanalyse XRF (X-Rays Fluorescence). Les résultats expérimentaux montrent que la teneur journalière en TSP dépasse la valeur cible (50 μg/m3). Les TSP sont responsables du transport des métaux lourds reconnus toxiques tels que le Cd, Pb, Cr et Ni. The work achieved in this study consists in analyzing the quality of the air in the capital. LVS pump (Low Volum Sampler) was used for the collection of the samples in the district of Bab El Oued characterized by the presence of a hospital and an incinerator of medical and different other waste as well as a strong density of traffic cars. The aerosols were taken at height of 3 m of the ground in total suspended particulate (TSP) mode. The samples have been analysed by ED-XRF (Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence). The experimental results show that the daily content of TSP is over limit of the target value 50 μg/m3.
