    Why does Gregor Samsa’s metamorphosis, while generating lots of disorders within his family environment, not increase his agency? Why does he suffer this transformation? Canetti’s anthropological approach of the metamorphosis, particularly about metamorphoses into insect, could be valuable to formulate an answer to this issue.
