Riassunto
There is a scene in David Lynch’s Twin Peaks: The Return (2017) where a picture of Franz Kafka is shown hanging on a wall. Moreover, a long part of this “chaosmic” 18 hours long drama series takes place in a labyrinthic company insurance office. Sliding from one world into another, undecidableness between dream and reality, presence of threshold guardians are recurring themes in Lynch’s production as well as Kafkaesque topics. This convergence can be profitably investigated in Twin Peaks: The Return.
