Lo scacco mitologico della rivolta

Soggezione ai simboli e fatalità del sacrificio nello Spartakus di Furio Jesi

DOI : 10.54563/revue-k.439

Résumé

The present paper deals with the relationship between the necessity of revolt and the bourgeois political mythology in Furio Jesi’s (1941- 1980) works. The article describes Jesi’s point of view on the presence of metaphysical and political backgrounds that overshadow any attempt to overthrow the existing relationships of power. This idea serves to advance the hypothesis that every political gesture, even if it is carried with a radical destituent intent, could embody a form of sacrifical posture capable of turning against itself and declaring the failure - or the conservative seizure - of the gesture itself.
